Trouble Shooter: Greetings one and all, This section is for some minor problems that you might have with the co2 cell, that's easy to fix. We've had a regulator problem, that didn't regulate the gas properly,and did not stay lit, and this caused a small problem with a few customers, But, that problem has been corrected, the Fuel cell are burning well, and Plants are growing bigger. So, with that said, we are here to Help, Not Hurt or Rip off Our Customers. We've had a few Bad customer that I will announce In the Near future,,,We Call them ( Dead Beat Bastards ), The Scum of the Earth and they know who they are:-) One thing we've learned in Business, You Can't Please everyone, that's why we have a 30 day Money Back Guarantee, and a 3 year Warranty, What more can one ask for, except for Free:-) We keep it Simple and You,Keep it Green:-) 1. The co2 cell won't stay lite, and there's fuel in it. Answer: When the fuel sits inside and there is no movement of the liquid, oxidation-reduction happens, to cure this Problem, place your thumb over the hole, and shake up and down to activate, and aerate the fuel, once this is done, make sure the top of fuel cell is dry, and re-lite it. 2. The problem still exist. Answer: Turn the fuel cell upside down, and drain it dry for an hours, then refill it with 2 oz of fresh fuel, and then re-lite it,,,warning make sure fuel cell is in box and away from face, there can be pockets of gas inside the fuel cell, that some times shoots out a flame when its re-lite, other than that, it should work just fine, if not, send it in, and we will replace it. If Black coal builds up inside the fuel cell, which, sometimes happens, all when, you use inferior or other fuels. |
